The Born Again wild Yam Gel contains an extract of the Mexican wild yam (Dioscorea villosa). This extra strength formula is in a water-based gel, and it is absorbed quickly into the skin so it won't stain your clothing. Use just a 1/4 teaspoon twice a day. And like the Born Again Wild Yam Cream, the gel contains no animal products, and it has never been tested on animals. 

Dosage:  Twice a day rub 1/4 teaspoon onto the soft body parts: Breasts, belly, thighs, under the upper arm.
